The Gratitude Pill
Project

One minute daily gratitude practice

Gratitude is one of the first and most emotions to ever be studied in the field of psychology and gratitude is medicine for our heart and mind.

This is a shared gratitude practice where we take our daily dose of gratitude together. There’s no pressure to be positive. No requirement to be grateful for everything. Just a gentle invitation to stop, reflect, and share—at the start of your day, throughout it, or before sleep and experience the healing effects of a gratitude practice.
